• Must have at least a certificate in catering, hotel management or any related vocation.
• Proven personal and public integrity with a skill of handling both cooking and serving equipment with care.
• Any formal knowledge about asset management will be an added advantage. He/she must be able to express him/herself in fluent English

Duties and responsibilities
• To inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices;
• To observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked properly;
• To prepare food/meals;
• Take care of kitchen utensils; and
• To perform any other duties related to his/her work as assigned by his/her supervisor.
