Base Annual Subscription:
UGX 3,000,000 per annum per 5 job titles/roles for the Annual Benchmark Report, inclusive of the contribution of 10 Benchmark Jobs to data.
Additional Contribution Credits
Every 5 Additional Jobs: For every 5 more Benchmark questionnaires filled, your organisation receives an annual credit of UGX 250,000 for each of the 5 job batches, thereby reducing your subscription cost.
Example: Submit 20 more Benchmark Jobs, and enjoy a credit of UGX 1,000,000, offsetting your subscription cost.
Limit to our Flexible Pricing
Minimum Subscription: Your commitment matters. Even if you provide more Benchmark Jobs, the minimum Annual Subscription is UGX 1,000,000.
Your company name is never added to the Lafab Salary Benchmark Web Platform. A coded username is used and only associated with your company by only the Chief Executive Officer for verification purpose.
