Duties and Responsibilities
• Drive the assigned office vehicle for official purposes such as, transporting
• Employees to carry out official field activities,
• Ensure that the assigned vehicle is in perfect mechanical condition before transporting the staffs through regular checking of the vehicle,
• Diagnose mechanical malfunctions in the assigned vehicle and report to the supervisor with a suggestion of appropriate action to be taken,
• Keep a clean record of fuel issued / consumed and journeys made in the logbook to simplify the accountability of fuel used,

Qualifications And Experience:

• First Class or Second Class (Upper) Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, orSupply Chain Management, or Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) / Bachelor ofBusiness Administration [BBA] with specialization in Procurement and Supply13Chain Management, or any other related University Degree from a recognizedUniversity or Institution.
• CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply from a recognized institution.

• Relevant working experience of at least of three (3) years in application ofPPDA guidelines gained at the level of Procurement Officer in Government oran equivalent level of experience in procurement from a reputableorganization.
