Lafab Solutions licensed to carryout internal labour recruitment, works with some Licensed Companies for external labour to support them find workers who are interested in working abroad. We assist workers who want to work abroad by connecting them to reputable companies that have a track record of ensuring the safety of those who have been facilitated to work abroad.
It is important to note that our license only stops at finding and recruiting workers within Uganda and we do not have authority to directly facilitate external labour placements. We only support you find the right external recruitment company.
The requirement company 1 – Only Maids:
Advantage - You have a higher chance of travelling much faster with this company because it is owned by Arabs and always has job orders and contracts.
1. Passport - Come ready with a passport
2. Age – 25 - 35
3. Weight – Between 50 – 75
4. Speak English
5. Not operated while giving birth (If operated, it should be more than one year after giving birth)
6. No health complications and should not have sexually transmitted diseases and Hepatitis B
7. Registration – 200,000
8. Day of travel uniform – 30,000
9. Finger Print – 25,000
10. UGX 40,000 for the medical check up. This checks HIV, Syphilis, Gonorhea, Hepatitis B, and Pregnancy.
11. Accommodation – is available. Total
Input is UGX 295,000
The requirement company 2 – Only Maids:
1. Advantage – Travel within few weeks and first medical conducted saves you time that you may waste.
2. Come with passport (Process one if you do not have)
3. Weight – Between 50 – 80
4. Fees – UGX300,000 on first day which also takes care of the medical examination
5. Additional UGX300,000 after signing the contract to take care of all other expenses
6. Age: 21 – 38 (Some may take more than this age range)
7. No health complications and should not have sexually transmitted diseases and Hepatitis B
8. Can Speak English
9. If with kids, should have given birth normally or have recovered from Cesarean Section (C-Section) wound for two years after giving birth.
10. Accommodation – is available after signing contract.
If you need support for process the passport, come with the following:
1. Come with photocopy of National IDs of your parents and Next of Kin (Brother, Sister or Cousin)
2. Photocopy ID of a recommender (Person who knows you). When you come we shall draft a recommendation letter for you and take it to the recommender to sign it.
3. You will present the letter when you go for interview at Ministry of Internal Affairs
4. Come with 250,000 of the passport to be paid to URA through the Bank or Mobile Bank Agent after the application is made.
